*pending sale but please contact me just in case* This is a small sofa (could also be considered a chaise or loveseat) by California furniture maker Steven Anthony. The model name is Ramses. It is armless on one end, making it versatile and great for smaller spaces.

I bought it new in 2010; it's seen almost no use since then. No pets, no children. Condition is like new.

Cost new was $2,175 pre-tax; see included receipt. It's a very high quality piece of furniture bought from a designer boutique in Washington DC when I was living there.

The fabric is "Meridian Blue Stone". It's beautiful and matches nearly everything, from light brown to dark brown, blue, gray, silver, white...and it's a very comfortable. I am selling because I've moved into furnished housing. The sofa is currently in my storage unit near North & Clybourne in Lincoln Park. Easy pickup, or I'll consider delivery for a fee (I'd have to rent a truck).

This piece would look particularly good in an office, a bedroom, or a condo living room.

Dimensions are 57" wide, 32" deep, and 25" high at the seat.
